Hello, my name is Zoee Moore. I've had a fantastic year thus far! I made the New Bern High School cheerleading team, and we won first place in our competition. This has been a lot of fun and a great way to stay active. I was accepted into honor classes through AVID, which I'm really proud of that accomplishment. It shows that hard work does have it advantages. I've been working in school. Plus, I've made some awesome new friends and have adapted well to high school life. It's been a busy but rewarding time, I’ve completed my written session for drivers education and I'm excited to see what else I can achieve!

God bless,

Ms. Zoee Moore

Dear Church Family,

I am deeply grateful for your unwavering guidance and support throughout my college journey. It brings me great joy to share that I will be graduating in December 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Your encouragement has been a source of strength, and I truly appreciate the role this church family has played in my growth.

Being raised in the Perry Town Community and as a member of Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church has been a tremendous blessing. The foundation of faith and support I have received here has helped me thrive during my time at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Looking ahead, I aspire to pursue graduate studies, earn a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, and dedicate my career to research and development in the fight against cancer.

Thank you once again for your love, prayers, and encouragement—both during my college years and as I step into the next chapter of my journey.

With heartfelt appreciation,

God bless,

Ms. Nyema Hicks

In conclusion, being in college working and trying to keep up with all of my assignments wasn’t an easy ride. I was home sick, missing my family and just wanted to go home. But God had other plans for me. Seeking him in my time of struggle not knowing which way to turn and just trusting in him, putting him first in my life and praying my way through, I can say that I made it. Look at GOD! I give him all the honor and glory!

I’m Jasmine Harvey and I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. I currently work at a company called Sabretooth Technologies as an Accountant . Attending church has helped me to focus on God and not the difficulties around me, it kept me in the mindset that God did not carry me this far to just quit, so I kept pushing and praying to give me the strength to fulfill his will for me.
